Ethics Program Development

• Facilitating dialogue regarding ethical dilemmas and decision-making
• Developing and implementing ethics training programs, Codes and other vehicles for reinforcing ethical behaviour
• Updating ethics programs to reflect changes in mission, environment or stakeholder expectation
• Assisting ethics officers as needed

Ongoing Ethics Advice & Guidance

• Being on call for Board members and senior staff when they face an ethical dilemma
• Acting as a technical resource on ethics to Boards, committees, teams and task forces
