We choose our professional development activities by how they will enhance our service to the sector, and we back up our commitment with significant personal volunteer work. Charity and association work isn't an afterthought; it's our reason for being.

Practical Experience
Jane Garthson is an experienced, successful former Executive Director who has also sat on local, regional and national boards. She co-founded and chaired a national professional association, and has served in every officer position, and also held various responsible positions in public service. All associates have significant direct experience working in and with public benefit organizations. They are chosen for their specific expertise; teams are tailored to each client's needs.
